At BM Glass Tech, we value customer satisfaction and ensure the highest quality standards for our glass products and services. Our refund policy complies with the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Development Act, 2006 and relevant Indian consumer protection laws.
1. Eligibility for Refund
We accept refund requests under the following conditions:
✅ Defective or Damaged Product: If the glass product is damaged, defective, or broken during transit or installation.
✅ Incorrect Product Delivered: If you receive a product that is different from what was ordered.
✅ Non-Delivery of Product: If the order is not delivered within the agreed timeframe due to issues on our end.
✅ Cancellation Before Processing: If you cancel an order before processing or customization begins.
2. Non-Refundable Products
The following cases are not eligible for refunds:
❌ Customized and Made-to-Order Products: As glass products are custom-cut and processed based on client specifications, refunds cannot be issued once manufacturing begins.
❌ Change of Mind: Orders cannot be refunded if the customer changes their mind after confirmation.
❌ Damage Due to Mishandling: If the product is damaged due to improper storage, handling, or installation by the customer.
❌ Installation Services: Service charges for installation are non-refundable once the service is completed.
3. Refund Request Process
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:
1️⃣ Submit a Request: Contact us via email at bmglasstech@gmail.com or call us at +919864260968 within 7 days of receiving the product.
2️⃣ Provide Proof: Attach clear images/videos of the defect, along with your order details and invoice.
3️⃣ Verification Process: Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 working days.
4️⃣ Approval & Processing: If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.
4. Replacement Instead of Refund
In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Fast Replacements: For damaged or incorrect products, we prioritize replacement over refund to resolve the issue faster.
- Stock Availability: If the product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or issue a refund.
5. Refund Timeline & Mode
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Bank Transfer, UPI, Credit/Debit Card).
- It may take 7-14 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- If you do not receive the refund within the timeframe, please contact our support team.
6. MSME & Consumer Protection Compliance
Our refund policy complies with the MSME Development Act, 2006, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, ensuring fairness for both businesses and customers.
📌 For B2B Clients (Bulk Orders & MSME Transactions):
- Refunds for bulk orders will be handled as per the purchase agreement.
- Disputes can be resolved under the MSME Samadhaan (Delayed Payment Resolution) framework.
📌 For B2C Clients (Retail Customers):
- Consumers have rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and can file complaints with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) if required.
